What to expect
We start with an initial chat to find out more about you and your context and how we can support you. Most people have around 2-4 sessions of 75-90 minutes. There is no set timeframe – some people prefer to have meet once a month, others may like a longer break between sessions.
Often the mentoring will be done online/by phone, but it is possible to meet in person depending on your location.
Initially the sessions are 1-to-1, however it may be helpful to invite an assistant pastor, elder(s) or other staff team members to join you for a session.

How much does it cost?
£150* per 75-90 minute session
*The full rate is discounted depending on church income: 10% for churches <£300k total annual income, 25% for churches <£200k and 50% for churches <£100k total annual income. Special circumstances are also considered.What other support is available?
