reach conference 2026: engage & edify
12-14 May 2026
Connect with pastors and church teams from across the UK for three days of insights and envisioning. With keynote speaker Andrew Heard (EV Church, Australia), lightning talks and interactive seminars and clinics. Plus a parallel stream for church planters.
tuesday
foundations
This day is foundational, not only for the Reach Conference, but for considering the needs of your church. It is highly recommended for teams or individuals new to the Reach Conference. We will introduce the biblical and effective ministry patterns for healthy churches which reach the lost being commended by Reach and suggest ways to assess the health of your church. With plenty of time for Q&A to help you apply these principles to your context.
Lunch & refreshments included
dinner
At this evening gathering we’ll hear from leaders of a number of UK churches about the key transformative decisions that resulted in growth, all whilst enjoying good food and fellowship.
wednesday
engage
dinner
The Wednesday evening dinner is an opportunity to hear more from Andrew Heard about the key moments and decisions in the EV Church and Reach Australia story.
thursday
edify
church planting stream
The church planting stream is for lead planters within two years either side of launch. With input from Andy Harker, Lee McMunn and Steve Robinson and host of other experienced practitioners, this stream applies the conference theme of ‘engage & edify’ to the challenge of building healthy, welcoming, discipling churches from scratch. Planters will attend the main conference keynotes sessions at the start and end of each day, and then for the middle sessions (from morning coffee to afternoon tea) will transfer 5 minutes walk from the main conference venue. This stream will be an opportunity to connect across networks and find practical tools and ground-level insights from experienced practitioners sharply tuned to forming new churches.
Select the ‘church planting stream’ option on your ticket if you’d like to attend this stream.
