Church leadership training cohort
How – in practice – do we lead our churches, our teams and ourselves in ways that are godly and effective, healthy and fruitful?
Most of us struggle with some degree of imposter syndrome and our front-loaded seminary training can seem distant as the years pass and the challenges keep changing.

Prepared to Lead is
- in-service training developing leadership wisdom and skills
- a cohort of church leaders wanting to grow and wanting to see their churches grow
- 8 online sessions each term, Mondays 10:00-12:00
- plus one in-person intensive midway through each term
Sessions are taught by Richard Coekin, Matt Waldock, Ray Evans, Rachel Sloan and other experienced ministry leaders from across the UK and beyond. Find 2025-2026 cohort dates, content and sign up form below.
£180 per term or £500 for full year*
Includes termly full-board in-person 24 hour intensive and C-me personality profile report (usually £99).
